Nicholas “Nick” Zotti is a litigator who has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, contract enforcement and disputes, partnership dissolution, and contractor fraud cases. Nick has extensive experience in motions practice, mediations, and arbitrations in his civil cases and successfully resolved hundreds of cases to his client’s satisfaction. A former public defender, Nick is also experienced in state and federal law, where he has tried a number of cases and resolved countless more, achieving the best results for his clients possible.
Nick completed his undergraduate studies at Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a focus on American History and Sub-Saharan African politics. He then attended the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies in Brussels, Belgium, where he graduated with Merit, earning his master’s degree in Political Strategy and Communication. He received his J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Nick was a student practitioner in the Inaugural Litigation and Technology clinic and also developed an app which helps attorneys stay informed about changes in their clients’ cases.
He is licensed to practice before all state courts throughout Louisiana, Montana, and Washington and before the federal courts in the all Districts of Louisiana, the District of Montana, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the Louisiana, Montana, and Washington State Bar Associations.
Nick is an avid bow tie aficionado and boasts that he has one of the most extensive collections on the Northshore. Nick and his wife Rebecca reside in Mandeville with their pug Jewel.
